A calmer way to run invoicing
Invoice Maker is built and operated by Glipo Yazılım as a focused web workspace for freelancers and small businesses. The product started from a practical observation: creating a good-looking invoice is only one part of the job. People also need to prepare quotes, avoid retyping accepted work, see what remains unpaid, record expenses and keep a portable archive. Invoice Maker brings those tasks into one consistent workflow instead of spreading them across documents and spreadsheets.
What we build
The workspace creates invoice and quote drafts, renders localized A4 PDFs, converts accepted quotes into invoice drafts, records partial and completed payments, tracks open balances and expenses, and exports data as JSON and CSV. Document labels can use 50 supported languages and locales, and invoices can use more than 160 currencies. These capabilities are product features, not a claim that the service files official tax documents or verifies local law.
Our product principles
We design around traceable financial records, clear document states and data portability. Finalized records use cancellation or reversal flows rather than silently rewriting history. Currency totals are kept separate so reports do not combine unlike amounts. Customers can export their workspace instead of being locked into a proprietary format. Product copy is expected to explain limits as clearly as benefits.
How the service is funded
The free online invoice generator is a no-signup tool for creating one PDF at a time. Invoice Maker Pro is a paid subscription for customers who need saved clients and items, quote-to-invoice workflows, payment and expense tracking, and account-based exports. Paddle handles checkout as merchant of record and shows the final local total before payment. We do not add fake ratings, testimonials or partnerships to manufacture trust.
Accountability
Glipo Yazılım is responsible for operating the application and explaining how customer data is handled. Product, security and privacy information is reviewed when the service changes.
