Terms of Use
This page explains how the Invoice Maker web service is operated by Glipo Yazılım. For questions, contact destek@invoicemake.app .
Service scope
Invoice Maker is an online workspace for drafting invoices and quotes, generating A4 PDFs, recording payments and expenses, and exporting business records. It does not submit official tax invoices, apply a government digital seal, verify local compliance, or provide tax, accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy, numbering, tax treatment, required disclosures and delivery of documents you create.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use accurate account information and protect access credentials. You may only enter information you are authorized to process. Attempts to disrupt the service, bypass subscription checks, access another workspace, distribute unlawful content or infringe third-party rights are prohibited. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, providers or the service.
Paid subscription and renewal
Invoice Maker Pro is offered as weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing access. Paddle acts as merchant of record and shows the final currency, total, applicable taxes and renewal period before you approve payment. Subscription access begins after server-side verification. Prices shown on marketing pages are reference prices; the checkout total controls.
Cancellation, availability and changes
You can cancel future renewal through the subscription-management link and continue using Pro until the end of the paid period. We may change features to improve security, comply with law or keep the service sustainable. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.
Ownership and responsibility
You retain responsibility for the business data and documents you enter. Invoice Maker and its interface, source materials and brand remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. The service is provided with reasonable care, but no software can guarantee uninterrupted operation or that a document satisfies every jurisdiction.
