Invoice Maker

Invoice Maker Service Providers & Subprocessors

Current service providers

Invoice Maker uses a limited set of providers to operate the service. Firebase supports account authentication. Paddle provides checkout, subscription and merchant-of-record functions. PostgreSQL and production hosting infrastructure store and serve workspace records. Telegram Bot API delivers operator-selected new-account, Web Premium and mobile account-link operational alerts when enabled. Arislytic may receive technical error diagnostics. Google Analytics receives website usage events only after the visitor gives analytics consent.

Data minimization

Each provider should receive only the information needed for its role. Paddle processes billing and transaction details that Invoice Maker does not need to store. Authentication providers process identity signals. An enabled Telegram new-account alert is limited to account name, email, locale, signup time and an aggregate account count. A Web Premium alert covers first Premium access through Paddle on the web and is limited to account name, email, plan, web/Paddle source, activation time and an aggregate active Web Premium count. A mobile account-link alert is sent when account pairing completes—not for a RevenueCat Premium event—and is limited to account name, email, platform, link time and the account's active linked-mobile-installation count. Workspace documents are not sent, but anyone with access to the configured Telegram chat or channel may see the alert details. Error reports are intended to diagnose reliability, not reproduce full customer documents. Analytics is not loaded for visitors who choose essential technologies only.

Changes and review

This list is reviewed when a provider is added, removed or materially changes purpose. A provider may use its own subprocessors under its published terms. Material changes that significantly affect customer data will be reflected here and, where appropriate, communicated through the product or support channel.
